The 10 Key Areas of the Bowspring method


This fall, I will offer a 10-week course in the studio, where each class will be themed around one of the 10 key areas of the Bowspring method. By awakening and isometrically engaging the 10 key areas (ribcage, hands, arms, shoulders, feet, legs, hips, waist/belly/lower-back, neck/throat, head) we can move in a full-body synergy for optimised ease, agility and body-mind balance.

This is a great opportunity for new people to discover the method and get the fundamentals of the Bowspring algorithm. For those who have been practicing for a while, it’s a chance to delve into the nitty-gritty details and deepen your understanding of this powerful alignment and movement modality.

Space is limited to 8 people.


What: 10 themed sessions mixing theory and practice with hands-on assist, partner work, and time for reflection. Mats and props are included.
When: Thursdays, 18:30-19:45, weeks 35-44 (starting August 29th)
