  • Flow Your Bow | Sat April 27th 10:30-12:30 | MokshaYoga.dk Aarhus, Denmark

This 2 hour long workshop includes a brief introduction to the Bowspring algorithm, continued by a flow practice focusing on expanded movements and soft transitions. For the more experienced practitioner challenging poses such as balances, back bends, and inversions will be offered. Expect to sweat and pulse to some sweet tunes. All levels are welcome.

  • Bow Inversions | Sat April 27th 14:00-16:00 | MokshaYoga.dk Aarhus, Denmark

Come hang out upside down! This is a 2 hour workshop focusing on core strength and healthy alignment to safely go upside down. We will start the session with a light warm up and exercises for upper body strength. This is followed by techniques and tools (using the wall and a partner) to safely enter and exit inversions such as headstands, forearm stands, and handstands.

Using the Bowspring method we will apply a double S-curve in the spine, a full expanded ribcage, and engagement of our roots while being upside down. This technique differs from the standard model which is primarily used in gymnastics and circus disciplines. With the Bowspring we allow our bodies to stay in the natural curves.

Get ready for a playful and fun time together. All levels are welcome.
