Bowspring is a movement practice which strives to maintain the natural curvature of the spine, create functional movements, and bring our bodies back to their most healthy and optimally fit form. By engaging the whole body at once we activate fascia, strengthening stabilizing muscles, and create balance in our bodies.

With soft movements we’ll cover the basics and create awareness around our body’s structure and movement patterns. For the more experienced practitioner challenging poses such as balances, back bends, and inversions will be offered.

Muscle awareness and mindfulness create a mentally stimulating, dynamic and fun movement practice. All levels are welcome.

Classes are held at Yos Yoga in Stockholm, Sweden.
